Measure your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits, add two fingers of space for comfort, and compare your measurement with our size chart. It takes less than two minutes and ensures the collar fits safely and comfortably every time.

Measure the neck at the base
Place a soft measuring tape around the base of your dog's neck where the collar naturally sits. Keep the tape level and snug without compressing the fur. Record the measurement in centimetres.

Add comfort allowance
Add space for two fingers between the tape and your dog’s neck (about 2 cm). This extra room ensures the collar sits securely without rubbing or restricting movement.

Match your measurement to our size chart
Compare the number you recorded with our collar size chart. If your dog’s measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger and use the adjuster for a comfortable fit.

Check the fit after fastening
Once the collar is on, slide two fingers between the strap and your dog’s neck. The collar should feel snug but not tight—secure enough that it won’t slip over the head, yet loose enough for easy movement and breathing.
