Refund policy

We keep it simple.

You’ve got 28 days from delivery to return your item for a refund.

Just make sure you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to return it - this keeps you covered under UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalised items (like engraved tags) can’t be returned unless faulty.
  • You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
  • We don’t offer online exchanges - if you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
  • Returns should be sent to: The Stately Hound, PO Box 832, REDHILL, RH1 9NL

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, email hello@tamepaw.com and we’ll sort it.


Cancel or Change an Order

If you need to cancel or change your order, email hello@tamepaw.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Once it’s on its way, you can still return it within your 28-day window.


Faulty or Wrong Item?

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email hello@tamepaw.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll cover return postage and issue a replacement or refund once confirmed. Fast and fair.

We play by the rules - all returns, cancellations, and refunds follow UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015).
