Shipping policy
Fast dispatch. Real-time tracking. No surprises.
We ship all orders from our UK warehouse, Monday - Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) qualify for same-day dispatch if Next Day Delivery is selected. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will ship the next working day.
Delivery Options
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked (Standard Delivery) - £3.95 - Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked (Express Delivery) - £5.95 - Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- DPD Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed Service) - £9.99 - Order before 2pm (Mon - Fri) for next working day delivery.
- Free Standard Delivery - On all orders over £70.
Working days are Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Standard & Express Delivery Details
Standard Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, not including our turnaround time. We send all UK parcels with Royal Mail 48 Tracked unless you choose Royal Mail 24 Tracked for a faster option.
Please note these timeframes are Royal Mail’s delivery aims and not guaranteed services. Once we’ve dispatched your parcel correctly, delivery times are managed by the courier, and occasional delays may occur that are outside our control. We’ll always help resolve any delivery issues quickly and fairly.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, new drops, or restocks, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email.
Delivery Partners
We ship with Royal Mail and DPD, depending on the service you select at checkout. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. If your order is delayed or goes missing, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier to get it resolved.
Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We’re unable to change the address once your order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery - a new postage fee may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We use trusted couriers, but once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delays can happen. If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking link for the latest updates. Sometimes couriers leave parcels with a neighbour or at your local delivery office, so it’s worth checking there before contacting us.
If your order still hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch (DPD) or 10 working days after dispatch (Royal Mail), email hello@tamepaw.com with your order number and tracking info. We’ll contact the courier and help resolve it quickly.
If the courier confirms the parcel as lost, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund. Once we’ve opened an investigation with the courier, we’ll aim to confirm the outcome within 48 hours - often sooner - and we’ll do everything we can to speed things up. We’ll keep you updated and make it right as quickly as possible.
Please note we cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels shown as delivered by the courier, including those left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK only. Stay tuned for international delivery coming soon.
