Tamepaw is a brand owned and operated by The Stately Hound Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (08068895) with its registered office at The Stately Hound, PO Box 832, Redhill, RH1 9NL, United Kingdom.

Our website is www.tamepaw.com (referred to as “the Site”). When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean The Stately Hound Ltd trading as Tamepaw. When we say “you” or “your”, we mean the person using our website or buying from us.

2. Using Our Website

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time - any changes will appear here with a new “Last updated” date.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen differences. All items are subject to availability - if something is out of stock after you place an order, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you’ll always pay the price shown at checkout when you confirm your order. Payments are taken securely at the point of purchase.

5. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we’ve received your order - it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it yet. A contract forms only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be processed, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

We deliver across the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and Cancellations

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you’d like to return or exchange an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery in line with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, contact our team at hello@tamepaw.com.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. We can’t accept returns on personalised or custom-made products unless they’re faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, product names, and designs - belongs to The Stately Hound Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Site without our written permission.

10. Liability

We take care to ensure our products and services meet the standards you expect. If we fail to meet these Terms, we’re responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure or our negligence.

We’re not responsible for loss or damage that could not have been reasonably foreseen, or for losses that arise because our products or website were used in a way they weren’t intended.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
